Deleting your account

In the iOS app, open Settings, then Delete Account. You will confirm with your password or a code we email you. Your registry, profile and children's details are removed right away. You can also email support@buyforbaby.in from your account's address and we will delete it for you.

Common questions

How do I add products from another store?: In the app, tap Add on your registry and paste a product link from any store. On the web you can also use our browser extension.
How do family and friends find my registry?: Share your registry link from the Registry tab, or have them search for your name on Find a Registry. Your registry must be set to public.
A gift was marked purchased by mistake. What can I do?: The person who marked it can open the Manage Gift link in their confirmation email and cancel it. If that is not possible, email us and we will fix it.
I am not getting notifications in the iOS app.: Check that notifications are on for BuyForBaby in iPhone Settings, and in the app under Settings, Notifications.
